I don’t know what it is about the colors blue and green, but they seem to show up quite often in my watercolor paintings. Maybe it’s because I am a redhead with blue eyes and those are the colors that suit me best. Naahh, I just find blue and green peaceful and restful.
Even though this sea turtle looks grumpy, he was a joy to paint.
It is just now warming up here and swimming in tropical blue-green seas, even with sea turtles as companions, sounds like the perfect cure for winter cabin fever. Too bad I have to settle for just painting warm seas….
